For my Spring Project, I was really interested in pursuing this grid type of imagery. Instead of regular images where I have to make everything intentional, the intentionality now falls within the making of the grid. Piecing together images to make a larger and more cohesive image is interesting to me. Overall I think what I learned from creating these grides is that each individual image needs to carry a common theme, but the images don't need to be very very similar in order to create a larger image.

Spring Project 2
This week we did another rendition of our spring project. I decided to one grid of flowers and one grid of my dog, because why not! In the flower grid, I intentionally placed the yellow flowers on opposite corners and the same for the pink ones. I feel that the same colors give this flower grid some cohesiveness.

Spring Project 1
This week we started our spring project, and I chose to do grid style pieces. My idea was to combine images in a grid that shared some sort of commonality. I wanted to have some cohesion to these pieces so, for example, in the bottom grid, I took pictures of greens around the area, not flowers, or leaves, in specific, just plants that I knew would come together nicely as a whole.
